No Pancard is required for the purchase or sale of a two wheeler. Purchase of a vehicle other than a two wheeler is also required for sale.


If your time deposit in the bank exceeds 50 thousand rupees, then Pancard must be in this case. It is also necessary if the amount of any account in the post office is more than 50 thousand rupees. It is used in contracts for the purchase or sale of goods valued at one lakh rupees or more.

If you spend more than 25 thousand rupees a day at a hotel, PAN card is required. If you buy bank draft, payment order or banker's check in cash for more than Rs 50,000 a day, you will need to show your PAN card. If you are buying a ticket worth Rs 25,000 or more in cash to travel abroad, then you need to show a PAN card.
