Resolution No. of: C.R., R. / 107 / R17 / G.6 should have been done earlier i.e. not based on the provisions of the resolution dated 01/08/2017 and the resolution dated 01/06/2017 should have been canceled on the basis of which recruitment was done earlier in four rounds.
On the same basis, recruitment has to be done in the current round, hence P.A. 1810/2017 Name Gujarat High Court may have canceled the resolution of the same number (qshed ad se i de) of the judgment dated 06/09/2020 from para-30 to 01/06/2017, date 06 of the department. It is requested to take immediate legal action from your level as per the permission given by the same order dated 03/20
