The mobile number of the subscribers will be registered for this process. If a subscriber does not register a mobile number with his DPO, he will be sent an OTP on the TV screen. The feature of this app is that the customer will be able to optimize his selection before sending a request to DTH or cable operators.

Some DTH/Cable operators who are yet to onboard are not available. As soon as these DTH/Cable operators are ready to integrate with the app shall be available

As soon as these DTH/Cable operators are ready to integrate with the app shall be available.As of now Subscribers of Airtel, Asianet, Dish TV , D2H, DEN, GTPL, Hathway, InDigital, KCCL, Siti, Sun Direct, Tata Sky & TCCL shall be able to use this App.

Due to compatibility concerns, the users having Android version 7.0 onwards shall only be able to download and use Channel Selector App. The app is not compatible on devices having Android version 6.0 and later.

Min FREE RAM required to run the application: 1 GB,Recommended RAM  : min 4GB.

Note: Presently DEN Networks Ltd. is carrying out maintenance of their IT infrastructure, hence the subscribers of DEN shall not be able to use Channel Selector App. Upon completion DEN shall be again available on the App.
