Reliance Jio has partnered with tech giant Google to develop JioPhone Next, which will launch on September 10. Reliance Industries Chairman Mukesh Ambani has said that Geophone Next is the cheapest smartphone not only in India but globally. JioPhone Next works on an optimized version of the Android operating system that has been jointly developed by Jio and Google specifically for the Indian market.


JioPhone Next has sophisticated features. These include voice assistant, language translation, automatic read-allow of screen text, and smart cameras with augmented reality filters. For users who may not be able to understand the content in their own language. The phone will allow users to translate whatever is on its screen with the tap of a button and even read it in their own language.


JioPhone Next may come with an estimated price of Rs 3,499. But Reliance Jio may make another offer to lower the price.


JioPhone Next is expected to launch next with Qualcomm Snapdragon 215 processor that supports 4G network.
It is hoped that Reliance Jio will give the buyer the option of 2GB RAM and 3GB RAM variant. In the internal storage option Jio can launch 16GB variant and 32GB variant.
The device is expected to get a 5.5-inch display with AT resolution.

The new JioPhone Next will be launched in different colors. Including the Blue variant.



The smartphone is equipped with a fast, high quality camera that gives a clear picture at night and in low light. Google has also partnered with Snapchat, the parent company of Snapchat, a photo-sharing app that allows Snapchat lenses to be delivered directly to a phone camera.
